[Indications]This product is mainly used for various bleeding caused by acute or chronic,localized or systemic primary fibrinolysis.Secondary hyperfibrinolysis caused by disseminated intravascular coagulation,this product is generally not used before heparinization.

1.Used as an antagonist of tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA),streptokinase and urokinase.

2.It is used for induced abortion,early placental exfoliation,stillbirth and fibrinolytic hemorrhage caused by amniotic fluid embolism,and pathological uterine cavity with locally increased fibrinolytic dysmenorrhea.

3.For mild bleeding of central neuropathy,such as subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracranial aneurysm bleeding,the use of this product to stop bleeding is better than other anti-fibrinolytic drugs,but attention must be paid to the risk of concurrent cerebral edema or cerebral infarction In severe patients with surgical indications,this product can only be used as an adjuvant.

4.Used to treat hereditary angioedema,which can reduce the number and severity of attacks.

5.Patients with hemophilia have active bleeding,which can be combined with this medicine.

6.It is used to prevent or reduce bleeding after extraction of teeth or oral surgery in patients with hemophilia with factorⅧor factorⅨdeficiency.

7.Used for trauma or surgical bleeding of organs rich in plasminogen activator such as prostate,urethra,lung,brain,uterus,adrenal gland,thyroid gland.

8.For bleeding caused by hyperfibrinolysis in cardiac surgery.
